CTC Sunday Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog.  This week at CASEing the Catty the Crew are CASEing a layout from page 101 of the Annual Catalogue.  There are only 4 projects on this page, which one will you CASE this week?

You may have arrived here from Michelle’s gorgeous creation, thanks for continuing on with me.  Make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of each post.

All four samples have been created with the super cute Wildly Happy stamp set.  I don’t have this set yet so I chose to CASE the rabbit card with my favourite suite (favourite at the moment anyway lol), Good Morning Magnolia.

The sample uses the Scalloped Note Cards & Envelopes but I’ve used the Delicate Lace Edgelits Dies to create a border down the right hand side of the card.  I’ve substituted the Stitched Lace Die layer with a piece of Magnolia Lane DSP.

I’ve stamped the flower from the Magnolia Blooms stamp set on Shimmery White card stock then used my Aqua Painter to pull ink from the image, creating a water coloured look.

Marvi wanted to say hello to a lovely lady, Leslie, who left a comment on my blog last week.  Leslie and her husband have a giggle about my photographic assistant.  Leslie, if you only knew how many photos I take before I get a good one, all the while trying to stop Marvi from destroying the card.  Let’s just say that sometimes it can take forever and sometimes the card does not make it.

Next up tonight is Rachel’s beautiful project.  Just click on the “Next” button to hop right over.
