Hello and welcome to my blog. I hope you’ve had a great week. My week has been busy with work, crafting and relaxing in the sun with my book.

This week we are Stepping Up a Mini Catalogue Project. There’s so much choice, which project will you step up? You may have hopped over from Rachel’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.

I’ve CASEd the “Merry Christmas” card at the top of page 57 of the Mini Catty.

I’ve used the same Pool Party card base as the sample card but I’ve stepped up the embellishments.

I’ve added an extra layer of Pool Party that’s been embossed with the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. The Stitched Rectangle die cut has been randomly stamped with “Season’s Greetings” which is from the Merriest Wishes stamp set.

I’ve used Sahara Sand, Pale Papaya and Gold Foil with the Forever Flourishing Dies for my foliage. The holly leaves are from the Stockings Dies and are die cut in Mossy Meadow and Gold Foil. The sentiment is Gold Heat Embossed and sits on some Gold Shimmer Ribbon and Pool Party Striped Grosgrain Ribbon.

Marvi was chilling out with me while I was reading my book so I took a quick picture of him with my card.

Hello and welcome to my blog. We’re back CASEing the Sale-a-bration Catty this week. Don’t forget SAB ends on the 30th September, have you got your favourite SAB free products yet?

I’ve used the “You’re The Best” bow tie card on page 12 as my inspiration.

I’ve made a few changes to the sample project, orientation, colour, theme…….but I think you’ll see the resemblance.

My card base is Misty Moonlight with layers of Basic White, Whimsy & Wonder SDSP and Blushing Bride.

The baubles are fussy cut directly from the Whimsy & Wonder SDSP. The sentiment is from the Peaceful Deer stamp set.

Mr Marvi was on hand for a quick photo. I had a class on Friday morning and Marvi was very interested in one of the ladies craft bag. He was licking it and rubbing his face all over it. She’d cleaned her bag with bleach the day before and Marvi couldn’t get enough of it. He’s such a special boy lol

Hello and welcome to my blog. This week at CASEing the Catty we are CASEing a 3D project from the Annual Catalogue. You may have hopped over from Judy’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.

The Ombre Gift Bag on page 17 caught my eye so I’ve used that project as my inspiration this week.

I’ve used an Evening Evergreen Gift Bag rather than a Polished Pink one in the sample.

The first thing I did to my Gift Bag was emboss it. I used one of the Meadow Moments embossing folders, I think it looks a little like holly leaves. Then I used the Encircled In Beauty Dies to create a Basic White die cut which I adhered directly onto the Gift Bag.

I’ve used Soft Succulent card stock, Whimsy & Wonder SDSP and some Be Dazzling Specialty Paper to create a panel to sit my sentiment on. I also added three pieces of Blushing Bride 3/8″ Frayed Grosgrain Ribbon. I think these Gift Bags, filled with chocolates, will make a great gift to give this Christmas.

Marvi looked super impressed by something today, just not sure it was my Gift Bag lol.
