I’ve CASEd the “Hello Friend” card from the above graphic which is on page 42 of the Mini Catalogue.

My card base is Old Olive followed by a layer of Lost Lagoon. I’ve then adhered some Greenery Lane Washi Tape to some Basic White card stock and used that as a feature. I added a smaller piece of Lost Lagoon across the middle of the card adding some Old Olive 3/8″ Specialty Rickrack.

I’ve die cut three circle using the Stylish Shapes Dies. Two of the circles also have the Greenery Lane Washi Tape on them. The sentiment is from the Simply Said stamp set and is stamped in Old Olive. To finish off my project I added a few Poppy Parade flowers and Basic Rhinestones.

This week I found Marvi at the front door. He often sits here and watches all the people and dogs walking past.

I’m using the Cutest Crew Bundle and CASEing the card below.

The above card uses the dogs from the Cutest Crew Bundle however I just had to use the cats.

My card base is Crumb Cake followed by a layer of Basic White which has been embossed with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. I did the embossing on the diagonal which I think looks great. I die cut three banners from some Country Woods DSP using the Stylish Shapes dies then stamped some cute little footprints on them. I stamped the cats in Memento Black ink then with a Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker I made some little clothes for the cats.

I’ve used Crumb Cake, Balmy Blue, Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lolly, Pool Party and Pretty In Pink Blends to colour the cats. I’ve added some Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish off my project.

I think Marvi was delighted in seeing so many cats on my card. Here he is telling me you can never have too many cats.

Hello and welcome to my blog. This week at CASEing the Catty we’re CASEing the colours of the Easter Joy DSP. The colours are Balmy Blue, Crumb Cake, Lemon Lolly, Peach Pie, Pretty in Pink and Shy Shamrock. I don’t usually make easter cards so I didn’t purchase any of the Easter Joy Suite so I’ve used what I have to CASE a card on page 36 of the Mini Catalogue.

My card was inspired by the daffodil card in the graphic above. I was feeling a little challenged to use all of the colours in the DSP, however for these moments you can’t go past flowers.

My card base is Thick Basic White followed by a layer of Mixed Up Patterns DSP. I’ve used the retired Impressions Abloom Dies to die cut an oval in the DSP. Then I’ve die cut some leaves and flowers, in the challenge colours, using the Delicate Framing Dies. I’ve added adhesive sheet to my card stock before die cutting, making it so easy to adhere to my project.

The sentiment is Silver Heat Embossed and is from the Simply Said stamp set. Using a blending brush I’ve added some Balmy Blue ink over the top of the sentiment. To finish off my project I’ve added some Basic Rhinestones to the centre of a few flowers.

Marvi was napping on top of the clothes dryer. It’s one of his many sleeping spots around the house. I had to climb up on a chair to get this photo as the dryer is on top of the washer and I’m not very tall haha.
