Hello and welcome to my blog. This will be CASEing the Catty’s last blog hop for the 2025 year. We are CASEing the Mini Catalogue one last time before it ends on the 5 January 2026. I’ve CASEd part of a scrapbook layout on pages 10 and 11 of the Mini Catalogue and turned it into a slimline Christmas card.

The Peaceful Garden Suite was my favourite suite from the Mini Catty so that’s what I’ve used for my last Christmas card of the year.

My card base is Crumb Cake followed by layers of Secret Sea and Peaceful Garden DSP. The circle was die cut from DSP using the Spotlight On Nature Dies then I’ve cut a few strips of DSP, some Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper and some Cloud Cover cardstock and arranged them over the circle. I’ve embossed the Cloud Cover and Basic White pieces using the Peaceful Greenery 3D Embossing Folder to add some texture.

The stars are die cut using the Ornamental Christmas Dies on some Peaceful Garden Glimmer Paper. The sentiment is White Heat Embossed and is from the Peace On Earth stamp set.

Marvi was just getting comfortable on the outdoor lounge. He loves to nap outside on his favourite chair, he spends most of the day there. He just wouldn’t look at the camera this week, something caught his attention however it wasn’t me or my card.

Hello and welcome to my blog. This is the second last blog hop for the year before we all take a well earned break. We are CASEing A Kit Card. You may have hopped over from Rebecca’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.

I’ve chosen to CASE a card from the Handmade and Heartfelt Kit. I’ve used the same colours as the kit uses however I’ve made my card a Christmas card.

I’ve used the card on the very right of the above graphic as my inspiration however I’ve only die cut 5 circles instead of 10.

My card base is Lost Lagoon followed by a layer of Basic Beige which has 5 circle die cuts using the Stylish Shapes Dies. Each circle has a different Christmas “scene”. I’ve used Lost Lagoon, Pool Party and Petal Pink for all of the stamping and I’ve used 3 different stamp sets. Jar of Joy, Decorative Trees and Delicate Pines.

The sentiment is from the Wishing You Joy stamp set and is White Heat Embossed on a piece of Lost Lagoon cardstock. I’ve also added a few Petal Pink Muted Palette Dots.

Marvi was keeping cool lying on my concrete coffee table. You would think it would be so uncomfortable but he does spend a lot of time there, all I can think of is it’s cool in this summer heat we’ve been experiencing lately.

Hello and welcome to my blog. This week at CASEing the Catty we are CASEing the Colours Of Aurora DSP. The colours are Azure Afternoon, Balmy Blue, Pool party, Berry Burst, Gorgeous Grape and Basic Black. You may have hopped over from Rebecca’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.

During the week I received a new bundle called On Display and was excited to use it. I haven’t actually CASEd any card samples from the catalogues, however I’ve used all of the above colours which are found in the Colours of Aura DSP.

My card base is Basic Black followed by another layer of Basic Black which has been embossed with the Birch Wood 3D Embossing Folder. I have also die cut the bookcase from Basic Black. It took me ages to choose which items to place on which shelf. I’ve used some of my favourite things, plants, frames, books and of course a cat.

There’s so many more options in the On Display stamp set, bottles, jugs, world globe, bird cage and more plants. The sentiment is from the Decorative Trees stamp set and is White Heat Embossed.

Marvi didn’t like the grey cat, he thought I should have made it Tabby, like him. He does however like the little birds I’ve added to the frames.
