CTC172 – Myths & Magic – Pages 36-43
Happy Easter everyone, I hope you’ve all had a relaxing break with a few days off. I’ve had a wonderful day with my family today. We had a BBQ lunch at my house, 10 people and 4 dogs. Poor Marvi was not impressed.
Last night I went to the rehearsal of the Comm Games Opening Ceremony at Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast. I can’t tell you anything about it or share any pictures with you, I’ve been sworn to secrecy. All I can say is you’re going to enjoy it.
Welcome to another Sunday night CASEing the Catty Blog Hop. This week we are CASEing the Myths & Magic section of the Occasions Catalogue, pages 36-43.
I’ve CASed the top card on the right hand side of page 41.
Again I’ve kept my card very similar to the original version.
I’ve used Soft Sky as my card base. The Daffodil Delight and Pool Party layers are the Tutti-Frutti cards from Sale-a-bration. Sale-a-bration finished yesterday but I thought these were the perfect colour to add to my card.
I’ve used the Flying Home stamp set and coloured it with my Watercolour Pencils and Stampin’ Blends. The sentiment is from Sure Do Love You and I’ve added some Bermuda Bay 3/8″ Mini Chevron Ribbon behind it.
Marvi liked another card with birds on it and thought it might be tasty.
