Hello and welcome to CASEing the Catty Sunday Blog Hop. You may be starting with me or you may have hopped over from Julia. Make sure you do the full hop, there’s so much inspiration from my talented crew members.
This week we are CASEing the Catalogue Covers and Hostess Sets. I’ve chosen the card with the “Mittens” in the top left hand corner of the Holiday Catalogue.
Here is a better look at the card.
My CASE of this card uses the Year of Cheer Specialty DSP.
My card base is Whisper White Thick card stock. The reindeer is die cut in Champagne Foil Card from Santa’s Sleigh Thinlits and he has a Copper Foil bow.
The sentiment is heat embossed in Copper and is from the Merry Patterns stamp set.
I hope you like my card today. Next we have Sandra. Just click on the link to hop over and check out her amazing project.

All the foil is sublime. This is an awesome layout PETA, and you’ve shown it off to perfection. The combination of the copper and champagne is so gorgeous.
Such a gorgeously elegant card Peta, awesome CASE!
That’s such a clever use of leftover pieces of DSP, but how lovely. The reindeer is the perfect size and balance for the background strips, especially in the 2 foils. Beautiful card Peta
I love the different metallics on your card Peta, great way to show off that DSP and the reindeer is the perfect addition.
Love this card Peta, not the usual Xmas colours but looks GREAT. Well done. I really like it.
Stunning! Such a great way to use up offcuts of DSP!
Love what you’ve managed to achieve with that layout Peta. I looked at it, but couldn’t think far enough as to what to use. I don’t have the deer, but feeling a CASE coming on, using a foil bird instead – thanks for the inspiration 🙂
Gorgeous card, Peta and a fabulous CASE. I hadn’t look closely at that card, but you have blitzed it! Love all mixed metals bling too.
A clever CASE indeed Peta, it all looks very rich and festive in metallics.
Love your version of this card. It looks great with that DSP.
