This week at CASEing the Catty we are CASEing any layout from the Occasions Catalogue. You may have arrived here from Kelly’s gorgeous creation, thanks for continuing on with me. Make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of each post.
After looking through the Catty a couple of times I decided to case the layout of the card on the bottom left of page 34.
This layout would look great with any DSP so I decided to make a few different versions.
For the first card I’ve used Wood Textures DSP. Secretly I think this card is my favourite. I’m really going to miss this DSP.
The second card uses Share What You Love Specialty DSP. If you get it in the right light you can see the pearlised finish on this beautiful DSP.
My last card uses Tropical Escape DSP, I really like how these colours stand out against a black background.
This layout is perfect for using up all those little left over pieces of DSP. Which one is your favourite?
Next up tonight is Shannon’s beautiful project. Just click on the “Next” button to hop right over.
We’d love for you to join us for this challenge. Click below and send us a request to join then just upload your creation to the wall.
Thanks for stopping by.
I agree with you! The wood textures DSP card is stunning. Thankyou for the amazing inspiration. Such a perfect layout for using up DSP pieces. ❤️❤️❤️
How to pick a favourite? They’re all gorgeous, but the wood grain stands out just a little more. What a fabulous way to use those bits up Peta. Think I’d better head off to CASE you!
Yes!! You had me at Wood Textures and then Marvi sealed the deal! Love your interpretation Peta x
They are all gorgeous, but the wood textures one is simply stunning. I think I might have to case you! A perfect masculine card. Thank you for sharing
This is such a brilliant way to use DSP, especially all those little bits we can’t bear to throw away. All of them are gorgeous but that wood one is stunning. I’ll be CASE-ing your CASE!
I love how the same layout looks so different with the different DSP. The wood textures is my favourite too
oooh, tough choice, but I think I agree that the Wood Textures is the best! I may be biased though – it’s my favourite DSP from the Annual Catalogue and I’ve stocked up before it goes!
Hi Marvi, you are such a great model for displaying mum’s cards!! I love this layout. It showcases all the gorgeous dsp!
