Hello and welcome to my blog. I’m back with the team for the CASEing the Catty Blog Hop after taking last week off. Last weekend was a long weekend here on the Sunshine Coast and I went to the Bunya Mountains with some girlfriends for a crafting weekend. The rain stopped just in time for the long weekend. It was cold but we had the fire going 24/7. I took this picture early Sunday morning when the mist rolled in, it just looked so magical.

I’ve CASEd the card on the right hand side of page 27.
The sample card features poppies and tulips but I’ve made my card featuring the flower from the Uniquely Artistic stamp set. I’m not sure what this flower actually is. Please leave me a comment if you know what type of flower this is.
My card base is Thick Basic White followed by a layer of Sahara Sand. My next layer of Basic White has been randomly stamped with the flower using Sahara Sand ink. I’ve also stamped the same flower on a scrap piece of Basic White and Petal Pink then fussy cut them.
The leaves are from the Forever Flourishing Dies and are die cut in Garden Green and Pear Pizzazz card stock. The sentiment is White Heat Embossed and is from the Charming Sentiments stamp set.
Marvi had just finished eating when I took this picture. Can you see his tongue poking out? I captured him mid lick, he loves his food but I’m sure you can tell that from the size of him.
