Hello and welcome to my blog. This week we are CASEing an Embossing Folder Project from either catalogue. You may have hopped over from Michelle’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.
The card I’ve chosen to CASE, on page 42 of the Mini Catalogue, has used the Into The Clouds embossing folder on the background. You have to look fairly closely to see it though.
I’ve used a different embossing folder, however I’ve kept very close to the layout.
Although you can’t see it, my card base is Soft Succulent followed by a Basic White layer embossed with the Painted Posies Embossing Folder. I’ve used the Desert Details Dies on a piece of Delicate Desert DSP. The leaves are die cut from Cajun Craze card stock using the Sunflower Dies. The flowers are stamped in Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent.
The sentiment is from the Desert Details stamp set and is White Heat Embossed on Soft Succulent card stock. I’ve added a few Brushed Brass Butterflies to finish off my card.
Marvi was ready for a photo shoot. Believe it or not I captured this photo in one shot. I usually have to take several pics to get one good one.

I love your choice of embossing folder in the background. It has wonderful presence for your card!
That embossing folder lifts the floral images while being subtle in the background. Good job Marvi, definitely ready for the photoshoot. Great photo.
