CTC456 – Case the Sale-A-Bration Catalogue

Hello and welcome to my blog. This week at CASEing the Catty we are back CASEing from the Sale-a-bration Catalogue. You may have hopped over from Tina’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.

I’ve CASEd the “Sending Hugs” card on page 6 of the SAB Catty.

I have used some of the same products that I used on last weeks card however this weeks card looks so different. I’ve also changed the card from landscape to portrait.

My card base is Thick Basic White followed by a layer of Basic White that’s been embossed with the Softly Sophisticated Embossing Folder from the SAB Catalogue. The sample card uses the Flight & Airy DSP which has been die cut using the Countryside Corners Dies. I wondered what the Flight & Airy DSP would look like with the Lifetime of Love Dies, adhered to a Countryside Corners Die. I’ve seen a lot of cards where the image has been fussy cut from the DSP, this card looks just as good but with no fussy cutting.

I’ve added a sentiment from the Gorgeously Made stamp set, I’ve only used the word “friend” from the stamp “You’re A Great Friend”. I’ve also added a few Loose Silver Sequins.

Mr Marvi was not too happy taking a picture today. He was sitting outside the laundry, which is where he gets fed, and he was telling anyone that wants to listen how hungry he was. He has had breakfast, dry food and snacks and it’s only 9.30am.
