Hello and welcome to my blog. It’s been a very non productive week in my household as both my partner and I have had Covid. I guess we’ve been quite lucky as it’s the first time for both of us. It hasn’t been fun however we’re both starting to feel better and should be back at work tomorrow.
This week at CASEing the Catty we’re CASEing a Project from either Catalogue that Features Dies. You may have hopped over from Julia’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.
I’ve chosen to CASE a card from page 25 of the Mini Catty.
I do love this card however I don’t have the Perennial Lavender DSP yet so I’ve used some Softly Stippled DSP from the SAB Catty.
My card base is Pool Party followed by a layer of Basic White. I’ve used the Perennial Postage Dies and one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders on this layer.
I’ve chosen a few of the DSP pieces with the same colours keeping the card Pool Party and Wild Wheat. I’ve added in a few butterflies and a sentiment from the Perennial Postage stamp set.
Marvi has been on his best behaviour this week. He knows we’re not feeling well and he’s given us lots of cuddles to help us recover.
