Hello and welcome to my blog. This week we’re CASEing from the Country Floral Lane Suite, pages 8-11, of the Mini Catty. You may have hopped over from Judy’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.

I’ve CASEd the “Happy Valentine’s Day” card on the left hand side of page 8. My version of this card is not a Valentine’s Day card, it’s a masculine card.

My card base is Soft Suede followed by layers of Basic Black and Pumpkin Pie. I’ve layered some Ready To Ride SDSP pieces over the Pumpkin Pie layer. I’ve die cut a mesh looking piece using the Chic Dies and layered it behind my sentiment.

The helmet, glove and jacket are fussy cut from the SDSP and I’ve added a few Adhesive Backed Studs.

Marvi’s been a bit naughty lately. At the moment here in Queensland, it’s first light just before 5 am and Marvi thinks that I should be awake so I can get his breakfast. Let’s just say I don’t need to set an alarm during summer.
It’s time to hop over and see Julia’s wonderful creation. Just click on the next button below.
We’d love for you to join our challenge. Click below and send us a request to join then just upload your new creation to the wall.
Thanks for stopping by.

Oh, I love your card. It reminds me so much of my husband. And the photo with your cat – precious!
Such a great card – and a brilliant way to use the papers. Totally love this.
This is such a great take on the catalogue card. The masculine papers and images were fantastic choices. I would not be happy with a 5am wakeup! We have to get up at 6:30 to get kids ready for school, and that’s early enough for me!
