Hello and welcome to my blog. We’re back CASEing from the Sale-a-bration catalogue this week. You may have hopped over from Tina’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of the post.
I’m using the new Two-Tone Flora Bundle and I’ve CASEd the yellow card on page 9 of the SAB Catty.
Now you’re either a yellow person or you’re not. I’m not, so I’ve changed the colours of my card to more “me” colours.
My card base is Pool Party then a Basic White layer that’s been die cut with the Deckled Rectangle Dies. I then die cut another piece of Basic White card stock with the Two-Tone Flora dies. One of these dies is a card front size of intricate flowers, I trimmed this die cut to be slightly smaller than my first piece of Basic White.
As the Bundle name suggests this stamp set is two step stamping. The three large flowers are stamped in Pool Party and Pacific Point and the smaller flowers are stamped in Blushing Bride and Flirty Flamingo. The leaves are stamped in Pacific Point and Basic Gray. The sentiment is White Heat Embossed and is from the Celebrating You stamp set.
Mr Marvi was happy to pose for a photo today. Maybe he was making up for running amok in my card class on Friday where we couldn’t keep him off the table. He ended up becoming a feline card holder.
