Hello and welcome to my blog. This week at CASEing the Catty we are CASEing any card featuring food. You may have hopped over from Rachel’s blog, make sure you visit all the Design Team’s Blogs by clicking on the “next” button at the bottom of each post.
I’ve chosen the strawberry card on the right hand side of page 43 as my inspiration but I’ve replaced the strawberries with flowers.
I’ve stamped the “abstract watercolour” looking stamp from the Artistically Inked stamp set in Memento Black on some Basic White card stock. I really love how simple black stamping on white card stock turned out.
The flowers were stamped in Polished Pink ink which was stamped off once before stamping. I’ve added some Wink of Stella to them which you can’t really see in the picture. The leaves were die cut in Soft Succulent using the co-ordinating Artistic Dies.
The sentiment is stamped in Soft Succulent and I’ve added some Silver Metallic Mesh Ribbon for a touch of bling.
Marvi was not happy with the card being on his mat. Here he is telling me to move it or lose it.

Oh, wow! I thought that the black part of your card was DSP. It looks amazing!! The flowers finish it off nicely.
